    Abstract: In this video, Utah Extension resource specialists identify activities that occur in watersheds which may contribute to nonpoint source pollution of water systems and the best management practices which can be implemented to reduce the impact of nonpoint source pollution on water systems. 23 minutes. What We Do. Our groundwater research, education, and outreach program primarily works with the water resources industry (public water supply utilities, irrigation districts, water districts, etc.), research, planning, and regulatory agencies on the local, county, state and federal level, farm advisors in county cooperative extension, the agricultural industry, and with NGOs engaged .

    CSREES' formula grants are directed to state experiment stations, the Cooperative Extension System, and Cooperative Forestry Programs. In most cases, the states are required to match the federal formula dollars with nonfederal contributions.
